MR9000 vs Intel Extreme Graphics 2 for CAD Apps.

Hey all. Somebody please help me figure this out: I am between a Dell 600m with a 64mb Radeon 9000 vid card, and an Acer with 64mb Intel Extreme Graphics 2. I was stuck with the 600m because of the dedicated memory, but I've read in some places that cad apps have some problems with ati cards... So maybe integrated IEG2 is the best choice.

Anybody knows if I will notice much difference in performance between these two when doing 3d rendering?

The Radeon 9000 will destroy the Extreme Graphics 2. Do a google search for benchmarks...
