It is funny to note that Reagan's policies DID lower the threat and DID win the cold war.

It is even funnier to note how the hand wringing leftists were so wrong about his policies concerning the USSR and communism in general.

This isn't (wasn't) merely a matter of questioning. I question everything.

You know, up until, and well into the 80s, the leftist line (far left, not democrats in general) was that communism, the USSR and Stalinism was not evil, just different. They held the belief that WE were wrong for standing against such things.
