I placed an order on a Toshiba 4300 laptop last Fri., today I got call from Eddie saying that all laptops (except those too-expensive ones) are sold out and he tried to sell me a refurbished toshiba with the same configuration and 3 years warranty at $100 more than the price I was supposed to pay for the one I ordered. He also said that they may get some shipment from Toshiba around middle of Dec., which is too late for me. I guess I will just cancel my order.

It is a shady place if you ask me. Consider yourself lucky that you didn't have to deal with all the hassles. I've heard nothing but bad things about them.

I called them this afternoon and ask them about some of Sony Vaio on their site.
They told me that they still have them all in stock?! WTF?
Luckily, I haven't place my order with them.
