Anyone else take the MPRE today?
I did. Didn't do a ton of reviewing, but enough, including all 150 sample questions on the NCBEX page. I think I averaged like 87% correct for the whole 150--well in excess of a percentage needed to pass the MPRE. Those questions were clear, and the answers nicely teased out a point of law. I feel like the test today was anything but. It was like:
Attorney bills $100 per hour, and received $5000 in advance payment from a client. In contemplation of his upcoming week, where he expected to work on the matter for 10 hours, attorney transferred $1000 from the client trust account to his busniess account.
Attorney is subject to discipline because:
A: Yellow
B. 2
C. I like ponies
Makes me wish I was taking the bar again--which I passed easily on the first try in VA--a notoriously difficult jx for volume of subject matter required.
In case you cant tell, I'm kinda ticked at ncbex for creating suck a clusterfvck of an exam.
Anyone else?
