MPEG to VCD

is there any program that i can use to turn mpeg to vcd... i dont think vcdhelp.com/dvdr.com tells you how??

I think PCMag wrote an article about it.

Also, try Googling. There's a lot of info out there on that. I read some about it but it sounded a little complicated.

it depends what mpeg that is. MPEG-1 = vcd; MPEG-2 = SVCD. you can burn that out with nero. it will encode it very fast.

Nero and roxio EZCD creator will do this, But you have to have the right type of MPEG file.

I suggest Nero. It will automatically convert it for you.

i've always liked TMPGEnc: http://www.tmpgenc.net/ . it's rated among one of the best + it's freeware. there is a bunch of advance options available if you like tinkering with it too. i'd also suggest vcdgear: http://www.vcdgear.com/
