mpeg issues with nVidia drivers?

Anyone else see this when playing mpeg files? This only occures on a select few mpeg-1 videos I've got, however they were encoded something is similar between a few I've got and all the others.

Bad Image

The screenshot should be all orange. This happens in WMP & RealOne. Reducing video accelleration to none helps, but does not fix it. PowerDVD & VirtualDub do show proper decoding though. I've got a 6600GT with a SiS chipset motherboard & tried 67.03 & 71.20 drivers.
