mpeg files not opening in ie?

when I go to a site that plays mpegs in ie the video wont play, just audio...any ideas on whats going on?

Possibly a codec problem?

Try downloading the file if you can and run it in the regular player.

that works fine...also the file will open in mozilla

Maybe some sort of setting in IE?
