Man, I am stupid.
I've had MP3Tag for awhile now and used it occasionally to change id3 tags.
I have a bunch of new files that have crappy file names. I like my filenames to be nice looking like: Artist - Album - Song.mp3. they also have to be properly capitalized and everything. normally i just go through and edit them manually with F2.
I loaded up MP3Tag and remembered I could rename files by tag and vice versa. most of my files already had good tags so i used the convert filename based on tag option. sometimes the file name was good but tags were bad so i did the opposite convert.
saved me sooooo much time.
