Why the f0cking'ell would you want to convert mp3 to wav?! You're not getting a better quality sound by doing so, you're just bloating the file size. :confused:

Maybe he has old cd burning software that can't write mp3s to audio CDs directly? So he has to convert it to wav before he can burn them.

That's true, yeah. That being said, CDRW's are a friggin dime a dozen and most of them come with even a simple free version of Nero (even if it IS proprietary) that you can burn CD's with. Seriously, CDRW's are, like, $30.
