Anyways, waver is good. You can grab it at ZDNET.com

What I would reccomend though, is windows media. It has significantly higher sound quality for the KBPS on the low end.

I'd also reccomend music match jukebox, if you don't mind a slightly heftier package (10MB vs 1)

With waver you'll have to select 'Windows codec', select MP3 and then proceed to select one of the various sampling schemes (I'd use 12000HZ 8kb/s)
