MP3 to WAV

I need a program that will make an mp3 into a wav. How can i do this?

use winamp. under options/preferences/output/nullsoft wma output plug. then select the directory for the output of the wave. don't worry if winamp doesn't make any sounds and goes very fast... it's supposed to.
