mp3 to wav

Hi,
Does anybody know a neat application that i can use to convert mp3 files to wav, well actually i like to burn some audio cds. I used to use cdex but the problem is i can select the bit rate. Right now my cdrw does not recognize anything lower than the 44khz so i need an application which i can use to convert to my settings would be great. So please somebody help me in this regard.

Tunespark Burning program burns form wavs,mp3s,wmas directly

set winamp in it's options to "out_disk" instead of "out_wave" and then configure it for where you want it to write to. it does the mp3-->.wav conversion for ya...just load up a playlist and hit play! (but remember to switch it back to "out_wave" when you want to LISTEN and NOT convert!)
