Mp3 to CD format

I have been d/l mp3 full albums. When you burn them in mp3 format it comes out as track 1 and you have to listen from start to finish. It doesn't allow you to select another track.

How do you or what software can I use to disassemble one large track one of mp3 to separate tracks so I can burn them in a cd format and not mp3.

cuesheets .. sometimes u find them with the MP3's sometimes u have to make them yerself ...

they are ordinary txt files with a .cue extension ..
they look like this:

Thanks. I will try the cuesheet. I burn alot with Nero and it uses cues.
