Mp3 to audio cd with normalise

Hi i'm lookin the best stand alone program to convert mp3's to audio cd other than nero and roxio.. anybody got any ideas? I know their are a million of em but which one is best..

From my experience there's a pretty big loss in quality when using normalize to burn audio cds. If you're looking to increase the volume look into mp3gain I think it's called then you should be able to burn like normal.
