MP3 Tagging Software

Is there any tagging software, that can take advantage of information already built into filenames, and turn those into the ID3 tags?

(I've already put tons of time into renaming all my MP3's, and now I need to retag them)

my system was as follows:

CATALOG# Album Name - Track# TrackName - Artist

I want to map these into the MP3 tag fields such as

Arist
Track
Track#
Album Name

Confirmed. Mp3tags lets you use regular expressions to go from filename to tags or vice-versa.
