I use Tag&Rename and it labels Chinese songs, but I have to be in Chinese mode in Windows (meaning in regional settings, I have to switch to Chinese).

The minute I leave Chinese mode, the tags turn into gibberish. The file name remains in Chinese characters, but the tags die.

Suggestions anyone?
