Any good app that'll allow me to do multiple directories/subfolders/ albums? I use tagscanner but it's tough to do multiple albums with it..

In the time it takes you to find & configure one (if one exists), you could have done it with tagscanner, k-mp3, or foobar2000. Also, the more automated you get, the more control you generally give up.
 
I have a program from Download.com called the GodFather or something like that. It's a cool tag editor. Works really well.
