MP3 Retail Software Stores Like Napster etc.

I am thinking about signing up to one of the Napster like music services. I heard that when you download the file from Napser it is in .wma format. And when you end the service you can no longer play the music. I am aware of the ways you can get around the .wma protection.

What I am wondering is which, in your opinion, is the best music service out there? I think Napster is $9.99/month.
