MP3 Repair Software?

For years ive used mp3 check and convert from ashampoo and its not THAT accurate in determining the corrupt files, epecially those with skipping or repeats or popping..

So ive been on the hunt for the past months on the best software to use and noone seems to know.

Itd be nice if the software can also normalize, on the fly edit and cut, and the essential repairs..
