MP3 renamer with CDDB support

Is there a program that would allow me to look up an album on CDDB, and select a folder of songs to be renamed according to the CDDB information with a certain formatting. I have CD's that are labeled simply "track02.mp3" and that is unacceptable. Also some of my mp3's were copied through Dos at some point and are now all ~ed up.

Any idea of a program that would do this or something that comes close?

Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about, but I use a program called CDex MP3 Encoder. It should be a free download. It allows me to insert a cd and if it's listed on CDDB then it'll autoload the album and track info. Then it gives you options when ripping cds as far as how you want the filename to be displayed.

No I have the CD ripped and on my hard drive, but the names are messed up, I just wanted a quick way to rename the files.
