I'm looking for an mp3 player that also plays back video. Something I could use maybe for mp3's, but also for the short movie/audit clip when I feel like watching it.

However, I've found it very hard to come across information regarding this when reading mp3 player reviews, since it seems to be nearly non-existant on most people's lists of what they're looking for in an mp3 player.

Thus far, the only one I've seen is the iAudio x5 series.

What other mp3 players do this, and has anyone had any experiences with the video on theirs that they'd like to share. As I said information on this in most online reviews is quite scarce.

Yeah the IAudit X5 is the only one that I had seen that explicitly said it would do video. I was wondering if there are any others.

Traire most of those listed are a bit larger than I was looking and also well outside my pricerange (up to around $300 or so).

PSP isn't really a serious option because it just doesn't have the capacity (biggest I've seen thusfar is the 1 GB cards) and battery life I'm looking for.

Basically, I'm looking for your standard size 20+ GB mp3 player that will also do video as a bonus with out being TOO outrageously expensive. Something similar to the IAudio X5. I had also seen the Gmini 400 that looked nice, though I think it's more heavily weighted towards video and not sure how good it is for music.

Basically something along the lines of those two, or any standard mp3 players that also do decent video as a bonus.

I've heard that there's a Linux distro made specifically for Ipods. I saw one working on my friend's Ipod and was quite surprised. According to him, if you use it on a Ipod photo, it can play .AVI files in color.
