Mp3 Player with native drag-and-drop?

Ok I currently have a Zune (first edition) and I hate the freaking software I need to use to sync music. I have been waiting for someone to come up with alternative software that can recognize all my music and have a better interface but nope... nothing. So I am gonna ebay this piece of crap (i'd be suprised if anyone buys it) and get something with native drag-and-drop.

Do Creative Zen players support native d&d or do I need to install crapware?

I have the 8 gig ZEN and it appears as a mass storage device. No need to install any software unless you want to sync. I drag and drop all of my music and videos. Easy as pie.

8Gb mSDHC card in my BB 8120, seen as a MSD in Explorer for drag and drop.

In my limited experience anything with storage shows up as a removable drive if you throw away the instruction booklet and plug it in without installing the crapware. Which suggests to me you can use vista built in sync. However some players wont necessarily add the songs to the playlist or whatever this way.
