MP3 player that uses Compact Flash?

Are there any (good) portable MP3 players out there that use compact flash? I only ask because I saw that a 512 MB CF card could be had for $70 in the Hot Deals forum and CF in general seems to have come down in price (and I'm not interested in splurging for an iPod). Any players in particular that you guys can recommend?

There is the Nex IIe.

I have the older Nex II and it has been pretty much what I expected. Not great, but a good deal considering I already have a bunch of CF. It looks like the 'e' version fixes most of the deficiencies of the one I have.
The only other CF player I remember finding was the Lyra/Thomson one, but it looks like their current models use MMC.

I have had the Diva 3032W for about 8 months. I love the thing. It is the size of an older pager runs on 1 AA battery (I get about 8 hours on a 1800 mh rechargable)
display is pretty basic and navigation is just stepping through songs. It is fairly well made and will take at least 1 gig compact flash cards or IBM microdrives.
It has played all the music mps iI have thrown at it flawlessly. Old time radio shows recorde at 32 mono choked. Plug it into a win 2000 or xp machine and it is recognised as a removable hard drive. The headphones that came with it were loud but crappy sound and the physicaly hurt my ears. Yop can get them with built in memory of 0 to 128 meg. I got the 32 meg one and there are a couple of places that sell it for $70 plus shipping. There is a guy that sells them on ebay and you can get it for $60 from him.Diva link 1

Weird that there aren't more MP3 players that use CF. Why is that? So the manufacturers can sell proprietary memory at inflated costs? Or is CF somehow ill-suited for music files?

I'm guessing because as small as CF is, SD and SmartMedia are even smaller and size plays a pretty big role when people buy mp3 players. I have the NexII player and I like it. Like bliab said, there are some deficiencies (PITA to take the batteries out) but overall I'm pretty satisfied with it. I'm using it with a 512mb CF card, and with support for WMA files you can fit hours upon hours of music in it.
