MP3 playback software with volume-leveling for PocketPCs?

Have been using GSPlayer, which is a great app. except no volume-leveling which I need for my mp3s encoded at different rates...thanks in advance....!

Try The Core Media Player. It's pretty much the MPC for Pocket PC. I believe it has normalization, equalizer, and plug-in support. I use it to play videos mostly, but it works well as an mp3 player too.
