MP3 Normailization software?

Is there software that will normalize all your MP3's to a certain volume so you dont have a bunch of songs at different levels? Its annoying to turn the volume up and down all the time. I know EAC has something like this, but its only for when ripping, not an already ripped MP3. Thanks in advance

I don't think there is a way to normalize the file without converting to .wav and then back to mp3. I'm pretty sure, but I'm not 100% sure...
