mp3 management

is there a program out there that will let me sort all my mp3's according to bitrate and then move then around to different folders etc?? the only thing i know that sorts by bitrate is napster but you can't really manage your mp3s that way.

hmm.. ok.. i just tried MAC.. and it's pretty damn good.. but it doesn't have that one feature i want. i have like 5000 mp3's in my folder.. and some of them are 128 and some are 192.. i want to sort out all the 128's to it's own folder.. and all the 192's to it's own folder.. cuz eventually, i want to download 192kb replacements for the 128's.. i don't want to have to open up each individual mp3 to check it's bitrate, and then move it to it's appropriate folder.. oh well.. i guess i'll keep on searching.
