MP3 ID3 tag editing

All the MP3s in my collection have file names like "Artist - Song.mp3." But only like a third have ID3 tags at all (and, of those, maybe half are correct/properly capitalized, etc.). Does anyone know if there's a program that can do automatic batch edits of lots of songs to fill in the ID3 tag info based on filename? Or, failing that, a good freeware one that makes it easy to manually fill in title/artist (e.g. type tab type tab type tab ad infinitum)?

Don't flame me for using OT instead of Software. Here's an interesting picture of a bodymouse.

I'd call you a clueless n00b for not doing a search of Software where this gets asked and answered every week, but search seems a little odd lately.

Add dbPowerAmp to the recommendations above.

Abander TagControl does that with ease.
