mp3 filenames and ID tags

so i have a lot of somewhat organized mp3 files. their ID tags are correct but their filenames aren't. is there a program that can rename my files correctly using the ID tag information?

for example, i want all my files to be [Artist] - [Title]

Wow, what a cool program. Finally my Bach collection makes some sense, and it only took me about 5 minutes to sort it out with MP3tag.
