MP3 Directory Structure

I was wondering how everyone here organizes their MP3's . I've heard of Style of music(rap, rock, etc,) / Artist / Album / song
or Artist / Album / song
or Artist / song

I'm thinking of switching to a new directory structure, along with getting music match

I go Artist / Album / song since most of my music is fairly similar.
