I just picked up a SP250 for working out, and have been thinking about using it for jogging; I've heard that people use these for jogging easily, but I'm wondering if there are any belt attachments, or recommended methods of getting them not to skip at all? I can get mine to skip when I run with it - I'm talking about 4-5 mile runs, BTW, not running for 5 minutes. :) Any recommendations?

I use a Rio 500 when I jog. It came with belt attachment and never skip once? How can you get a non moving media to skip anyway?

Don't think you're going to stop it from skipping... even if you do, i'm not sure i would run with it. With moving parts, that might wear it down faster. Should have gotten a solid-state player like the Rio 500.

Yeah, I use it mainly for working out right now, so I know I picked the one I wanted. Maybe I'll pick another one for running. :)

I don't know much about these, but the SP250 has 8 mins shock protection...it might drain the battery life faster, but it shouldn't skip much.

Best way it simply try it I guess. You an always use the radio if it skips too much....
