I just learned of this addon today. It replaces Flash with javascript and html5. It seems to work well in my brief trial, though the one Flash game I tried didn't work. This looks promising, and would be good for people who don't want to, or can't(mobile) use Flash for some reason.

I went to a couple of sites with it, and it didn't load anything. Just the gray box. Seems like a good idea/start to something, but I'll wait until it's developed a bit more.

yea, I ran into a video on EnglishRussia that wouldn't play. Not sure what service they used. It wasn't YouTube. I'll keep using it awhile, and see how it goes. I really want to permanently ditch Adobe.

thanks for share this, i just installed on firefox beta for android, and to my surprise the addon installed whitout problems. Gonna play on it, thanks 🙂

Seems like it works better if the Flash plugin is disabled. Both Flash and Gnash keep the video from working.
