Mozilla problem?

You could try to query bugzilla and if it's not in there, you can file a new bug report.

However, this is more likely to be a flaw in the bulletin board system. Depending on who's responsible there (the software publisher or the web site), it may be more fruitful to complain to them instead. Mozilla can't possibly influence all webmasters to fix flaws in their sites.
