Just another platform they can ignore. They're pretty active on reddit, but I don't see many results from it. They're set on seeing their "vision" through, and aren't very interested in users that don't agree.

Truthfully, Mozilla's main problem is they have a pervasive institutional attitude that arrogantly presumes their users to be idiots, and further that it is their duty as superior beings to rub the idiots' faces in it whenever the opportunity presents itself.

They can claim to be "engaging" with their user base all they want to, but as long as the same people are left in charge nothing is ever going to change.

The comment section of that article pretty much echos what you all have written and how I feel. They also complain about needing to register with a 3rd party service just to give your feedback to firefox :rolleyes:
