Mozilla 1.4 beta officially released

Make sure to uninstall any previous version first and then manually delete the Mozilla installation folder. I didn't do that at first and one of the plug-ins that I had installed cause Mozilla 1.4 beta to crash when it loaded. This was on Windows XP.
