Moving WinXP to a new drive

I currently have WinXP nome installed on a cheaper Western Digital 40 gig drive. I would like to move my current installation to a new, faster 60 gig drive. How do I go about this? I would rather not do a fresh setup if there is an easier way around this, but will if it would be the overall best way to go. I do have Norton Ghost 2002. Will Ghost work for this or is there something easier. The new drive is still in the static bag eagerly waiting your reply... Thanks!

Ghost is pretty easy to use. It has to be, I used it a couple of times. Just follow the directions.
