Moving to Santa Fe

I will be moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico in a month. I have interviews lined up, and a couple of them look very promising. I will be staying with a friend for the first few weeks, and then the place I want will be opening up. My question is this; is there anything out of the ordinary that I should know about the place? Is there a good music and modern art scene there? What places are cool to check out, and where is the good non-starbucks coffee houses?
