Moving to New Motherboard

Hello all. I am going from an Asus NF3 250 board to a KEt800 Pro board and I would like to not have to start fresh this time ( just got things the way I liked em) What is the best way to do this and not lose my XP install. should I use some type of driver cleaner or something?? all help is appreciated.
