Moving to Cincinnati..........Need Help!!!!

I am moving to Cinci from CA...any recommendations where to live..apartments or buy a home???

I will be working in Northern Ky so need to close to border....also how is the traffic in cinci???

I heard the bridge is bad..which way???????

Any help will be appreciate?????????
