moving to a new department at work

i just accepted an offer for a position in another department at work. my current boss is aware that i got the offer and he's waiting for my decision. i'm going to let him know tomorrow that i accepted the offer and put in my two weeks notice.

out of respect for the members in my current team, should i tell them too or let my boss handle that? my team is pretty tight and i don't want to come off as shady or burn any bridges.
