Sorry. I was in the middle of rearranging things when I took the screen shot.
I didn't mean your screenshot in particular. I just mean the overall 'aesthetic' of iOS7. It just looks, well -hellatrocious- to me. The way the icons just don't fit with each other, and overall appear unbalanced. (Combined flat colors with gradient colors with 3D objects with silhouette objects, etc. etc.) The objects of similar colors (like wretched-green) all kind of blend together and misbalance the other icons, even give the illusion of being wrongly spaced. It's like 5 or 6 different design ideas fighting each other. The dots just adds to the mess.
(I assume the 5 icons in the dock mismatching 4 rows above is a Jailbreak thing?)
Anyway, sorry to derail, was just an observation. Surprises me because Apple is known for such good design and yet... WTH?
With a jailbreak, isn't there a way to get rid of the dots altogether, or run some alternate interface?
