Moving stuff on one hd to a partition on another hd.

I got a new computer and i made a 40 gig partition on it for storage...what i want to do is copy over a 20 gig partition from my old computer into that 40gig partition...what software can do this easily? Also the old data is on a 20 gig FAT32 partition, the new one is a 40gig NTFS partition.

Use Window Sys Manager or Partition Magic to convert it to NTFS and then it can be Copied, Copy/Cut n Pasted, or Ghosted over.

I know i can always copy and paste it over, but is that a good idea for like 20 gigs of stuff? Would ghost be a better option?

I've Copied n Pasted up to 40 gigs to my External Firewire HD with no problems before and it's more secure when in NTFS mode.
Ghost is faster but either will work.
