A friend of mine is moving to the US for college in 3 weeks time and needs to move some boxes of stuff of there, mainly books and things for study. He's been looking for some quotes from removal companies but they all want full contact details and lots of other stuff besides so I was wondering if anyone knows what (if any) would be a relatively painless way of moving several boxes from Germany to the US without a gigantic amount of hassle or cost. Also an estimate about how much it would cost. I'm not so good at searching for information but I hoped someone here might have an idea, Thanks alot for any info given 🙂
 
I checked out UPS and they need all sorts of info like customs value and they want detailed information on where you live too, isn't it possible to just get a quote without them knowing every detail first?
