Wife went from the Evo to a Note II.
Can I just swap her 8 GB SD card into the new phone or do I need to format the card first? I already backed it up to a PC.
If I have to format, is it FAT32?

Her contacts were backed up to google and are on the new phone. Same for her apps (appbrain).
Mainly just want the pics and documents.
