moving saved games of GTA vice city from one computer to another

Read the readme:
Save Games:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City uses the "My Documents" directory of the currently
logged in user to store the "GTA VICE CITY USER FILES" directory. This is where we
store your save games, individual settings files and gameplay statistics. This was
chosen to allow each user on a Windows 2000 or Windows XP system to have their own
set of saves, configurations and statistics.

It's a shame alot of games don't store their saved games in the same way. You have to dig through directories looking for the save files and it's much easier to move between systems.

Quite a lot of new games do, and older games didn't have as much of an option as the user areas were different in Win 98 IIRC.
