I'm moving some old games to a new PC. I originally installed my Mass Effect 2 retail disc on my old PC and activated the Cerberus Network code without Origin. Now, I just activated the ME2 disc key in Origin on the new PC which worked fine, but when I tried to add the Cerberus Network key, it said the key had already been redeemed (which is true).
My Bioware account (which has the DLC activated) and EA account are now the same, so is there a way to get the DLC working on my new PC? Is Origin smart enough to recognize that my Bioware/EA login has the Cerberus Network activated and enabled? I also have some other promo-code DLC tied to my Bioware account which I would like to move.
I still have the old PC with the old install, so could I copy the DLC folders or authorization files over? Or do I have to de-authorize the old PC to move the Cerberus Network content? Can I just download DLC again from my Bioware account and re-install everything into the Origin version?
Or would I have to contact EA Support to have them give me a new Cerberus Network code?
Thanks for your help.
