I am going to have to move an apartments worth of furniture approximately an 8 hour drive. It is mostly a straight line up I-95. How difficult are those things to drive? The biggest thing I have ever driven before is a 15 passenger van, and my daily driver is a Honda CR-V.

It's not too hard. You just have to compensate for the extra time you need to accelerate and the increased stopping distances. Plus these things handles horribly, so you can't weave in and out of traffic easily.

bigger turning radius too... make sure you have room when you try 90 degree turns

These things can get high-centered on steep driveways, or get hung up on the rear bumper. If you are unsure at all, find a friend with experience.

The truck I used was not able to go faster than 60 mph which is real slow for I-95's right lane traffic.
