Moving Program Files?

I have partitioned my Windows Partition to about 8 GB, and I wanted to move the Program Files that came with the computer (HP installation stuff) to my other drive that I installed everything on. Am I going to have to tell windows where to find everything for the first time I run it? or is there a way I can change all the shortcuts before windows flips out looking for them?

Are you talking about the Pre-Installed HP software already on the HD?
If so, you need to reinstall the software unless you move the registry
settings along with it (not recommended).
 
don't move stuff like that on a windows machine. There's more to it than just moving files. For example you have registry entries and a whole bunch of things to worry about. I would suggest reinstalling apps.
