moving on

I cried . . .
contemplated sucide . . .
sought for help . . . from friends, profesional (psychologist), God.
its been more then four months and there is not a day where i dont think about what happend.
but its been so much better then the first few days, weeks, and so on.

Nothing anyone say or do can free you from the feelings you carry with you now. Eventually, you will come to terms that sometime life just dont go your way.

But you will meet other women, you are chick maganet right now. They love vaulnerable men, it shows them that your a real person instead of other normal guys.

Most importantly there is life after a failed relationship.

Take the time that you have now and do something with it. I joined the gym and workout when I can. Became more focused on what I needed to do with my life. There is always room for improvement.

As for the painful memories, there is no way around it. As much as I dont like to waste my time thinking about it. I have thought about it for so long that it dosnt effect me or what I need to do.

Now four months later, there is this girl that wants to go with me to class today. And we only just met on satuday. The next day she wanted me to spend time with her and her family. Off course I rejected because I am not looking for a relationship. But then yesterday while we were talking she wanted to go to class with me, it was pretty hard to say no to that. In the end I just hope she places me on the friend ladder, I dont really want anything out of this.

BTW I am 26. My ex left me for my bestfriend. My bestfriend left his gf for my then gf. needless to say they are now my ex-best friend and exgirlfriend. And yes my ex did say yes to marriage, so much for commitment, love, and all that other crap about relationships. But I know I cant say that relationship isnt real, the fact was my ex wasnt mature enough to hold on to the relationship. And I am left to deal with the suffering. I dont think even getting another girl and doing her in the . . . would change how I feel now.

But even after all this, you wake up in the morning, you go on with your life because you do it for those around you.

In otherwords just move on because if you dont nothing will happen and your just wasting your time.

how do you move on after a long relationship
Beer. And lots of it.

Make sure you drink enough so you can't think. Otherwise it could be a bad situation being depressed and still being able to comprehend things.

I broke up with a girl I had been seeing for over a year. A week after I dumped her I was dated other girls.

For me the best therapy was get right back in the saddle again and start dating other girls.

I only had enough guinness to make it hard to walk last night. I was still thinking well enough to know why I was drinking, dammit.
