Not sure how I feel about it. I'm offically done with all of my classes as a college student, and just have one final next week. So I'm packing stuff up to move home tonight, and moving into an apartment in another State July 1st (for grad school) I am so excited about graduating, and can't wait to move on, but at the same time I have gotten so close with the people around me in the last few months, I'm going to miss them so much!

Thankfully we already have plans for meeting up alot this summer... but I'm still bummed. Anyone else moving onto a new phase in their life? How do you feel about it. I never minded moving into and out of school before, but this time it's killing me.
 
Just make sure you have some way of contacting them. Most of the people I know are internet savy so they have AIM, icq, e-mail, or some form of communication open. A friend in our group is getting married this fall so it could be a reunion of sorts for all of us. This is about a year removed from graduation.
 
Yeah, i have all their SNs. The one guy, his gf, and best friend that I am talking to are living together in an apt here this summer. So we already have plans to visit, and another guy is a lifeguard at a beach and we have invites to BBQs etc there as well. They are such a great crowd, I'm just going to miss having them right next door when I want to see them.

Oh, and I am going to the University of Delaware. Moving down there July 1stish.
 
Congrats on being done and moving on to grad school. I did that two years ago, and while it is tough moving away from your previous school life to a new one, you'll adjust. Keep in touch with your friends, and try to find a good group of people to hang out with in Delaware. What are you going to be studying?

With a name like 4Lclovergirl you should have come out to Notre Dame. Go IRISH!

i'm sick of school. no way in hell i'm going to grad school. But i'll be done soon. Last exam on Tuesday and graduation on May 10th.
 
Congrats toant! I have my graduation on the 16th.

I'm going for my PhD in biology.. . so it's 5 more years, but at least it'll be doing something I love, and I am getting paid to go 😀

Grad school is great, IMHO, especially when you get paid to go. Enjoy it while it lasts, and good luck with your research.

Graduating the 17th...

I doubt I'll be going on to any further education (at least for the moment).
My interest in academics has dropped of significantly since high school.

One major regret of my college years was my mistake not socializing more...
But can't really change that now with only 2 weeks and finals to go.
