Moving my computer to a new room

Maybe last time he did this, he plugged the PS2 mouse into the PS2 kb port and vice versa and spent a week figuring out why it wouldn't work right, lol
 
You'll be FINE. I moved my computer from a house to a dorm room and then to a condo.

You worry more than me, which is way too much.

omg wait, don't move it!!!!!!!!!!!! you might trigger the CPU optimization mercury fidelity switch that senses elevation and tilt changes. when you move it, be sure to keep it at the same elevation and make sure not to tilt it!!!!!!!!!!! if not, your hard drive will melt!!!!! if you start hearing a series of beeps, drop your computer and run!!!!!!!!

Im talking about my speakers mainly. I have Creative 5.1 Surround sound setup. It took me a month to get it working properly when I first got it.

Did you actually think I was that flippin stupid to not be able to not know where to put color coded things 😉

I have been doing hardware and software troubleshooting for 8+ years and therefore have extensive computer hardware and software knowledge. I have networking abilities and capable of analytical problem solving and have completed Cisco Systems training. I am fully capable of building and maintaining PCs and providing technical support and am currently working on several certifications.

Hmm, I was always told not to screw with a good thing. 😉 Plus, I sorta have a verbal contract with my parents that I would not open my computer for like a year or so. 🙁:brokenheart: Sounds fun though.

Bah, give him a break. I had a friend who moved his PC to another room and his heatsink fell off.

Don't get me started on cathodes getting disconnected (or wires not being grounded) resulting in hard drive failures...
 
Ive got everything moved now and everything works. I just can remember if Mp3s are supposed to play through the center speaker or not.

It was a software problem, not a problem with hooking the speakers up.
